D&R Engineering, Inc. (formerly Eco Engineering, Inc) is here for all of your construction needs. We are passionate about optimizing success by reducing mistakes, rework, breakdowns, inefficiencies, and variations in work processes — and we believe the way to do this is with a solid plan from the start of the project.

Pictured is Owner, Ron, with his Son helping a neighbor with a weekend project. Ron has had a love of tractors and moving dirt from his own childhood years and turned his passion into his career in 2005 when he entered the Operating Engineers Union and then quickly advanced to running heavy civil construction projects for various large bay area companies. Ron's knowledge from running work all around the state lends to his "we just get it done" mentality.

Ron is a 4th generation resident of Santa Cruz County and lives in Scotts Valley with his wife and two young children.
